or any of its group /
Associate Companies cautions that all the contents presented on this site are the exclusive property of
TCI. The software, text, images, graphics, video and
audio used on this site belong to TCI. No material
from this site may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, posted
or distributed in any form without prior written permission from TCI.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Unauthorized use of
the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other
applicable laws, and could result in
criminal or civil penalties.

web site is not intended as an offer or solicitation for the

All payments shall be paid by cheuqe
/ Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Transport corporation of India
Ltd" payable at Gurgaon. All payments to be made in advance and only
after realization thereof, information will be
provided.

All
details, documents, data, applications, software, systems, papers,
statements, business/customer information and TCI practices and
trade secrets which may be communicated to the user and/or its
employees shall be treated as absolutely confidential and the user
irrevocably agrees and undertakes and ensures that the user and its
employees shall keep the same secret and confidential and not
disclose the same, in whole or in part to any person without the
prior written permission of TCI nor shall use or allowed to be used
any information as may be necessary for the due performance of the
users obligation hereunder. The user hereby specifically agrees to
indemnify and keep TCI safe and harmless at all times against all or
any consequences arising out of any breach of this terms and conditions by self
and/or its agent and/or its employees and shall immediately reimburse
and pay to TCI on demand all damages, loss, cost, expenses, or any
changes that TCI may suffer, incur or pay in connection
therewith.

All Subscriptions are of annual nature and valid for
one year from the date of realization of subscription. TCI
reserves right to cancel the subscriptions without giving prior notice at
any time. For the subscription data / charts which are being sent as
per schedule, the terms & Conditions from 1 to 4 & 6 to 9 are
also applicable.

The
information will be provided by emails in HTML format or by post
depending upon customers request. TCI do ensure or guarantee the
integrity of /over the contents of the information contained in the
web site and further indicates that any views expressed in this web
site / email message are those of the market trends and not in
binding nature of the web site message. Before opening any
attachments, please check them for viruses and related
defects.

TCI has
taken utmost care to ensure that all information provided are true
and come from authentic sources. However TCI will not be responsible
for any consequintal loss / damages, Goodwill or other tangible/intangible
losses resulting from use of the information so
provided
.

The relevant courts at Delhi shall
have jurisdiction in respect of all the claims and disputes arising under
this present agreement.

It is further agreed upon by the subscriber that
all the terms and conditions mentioned herein as well as those mentioned
in subscriber's agreement annexed hereto have been duly understood and binding
on the user.

| Subscription Kit |
|
Following are the Kit to be sent to TCI for subscribing the
IRFI. The Customer Information and the Subscriber Agreement Form
have to be down load from the site and fill up .

The Customer
Information Form duly filled & signed.
|
| 2. |
Subscriber’s Agreement on Rs. 10 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper duly stamped, filled &
signed.
|

3.
|
Payment of the Subscription by DD or Cheque In Favour
of "Transport Corporation of India Ltd" payable at
Gurgaon (Haryana).
|
The above 3 are to be sent by Post/Courier to:
